Well maintained park, great for all ages...our toddlers love it, never want to leave. Every time we visit, there are drunks on the bench's but have never caused any trouble. Playground: Well maintained Restrooms: Standard public toilets. Dog-friendliness: Big green area outside gated playground. Picnic area: Benchs and grass with shade from trees.

A lovely park. Lots of green space and the park is fenced off so no dogs can get in or children to be able to wander out. Right next in the middle of town so easy to pop and get drinks and food when children are peckish. Clean Toilets in the park too. You can also carry on out the park and walk along the river walk.

A good medium size park with a play area suitable for toddlers and some equipment ok for young teenagers. Wider grass area good for play or relaxing. Plenty of seating. No public toilets.

Really close to town and leads onto the riverwalk and cycle paths. Play area is ok and pretty clean. Public loos are grim, best to walk through gate next to loos and there is a wetherspooms a few hundred meters down that road. There is sometimes guys drinking on the benches, never had issues with them. Field is good for a picnic Massive conker tree keeps.kids busy when they drop

Good family friendly park. Excellent children's playground with swings, slide, roundabout, and plenty of activity equipment. All with soft landing surfaces. Had a really good time there today with granddaughter. Highly recommend it.

This is a nice park. Has 2x baby swings, 2x regular swings, a "flat" tyre swing, roundabout, spinning bowl thing and a climbing frame thing.

Pretty good , great amount of space to picnic ,trees are beautiful and must be so old . Would say the toilets are a bit gross and could be updated or renewed as some of the parks equipment is getting a bit old and cranky.my little brother tho had an amazing time and it's great that it's so close to all the shops .

We visited with our young grandchildren who enjoyed the playground. Lovely trees here too and our grandson loved collecting acorns. A little cafe would have been most welcome and extended our stay.

Its not a bad park but not likely to be the best you'll ever go to... the kids playground bit is a bit of a win and has more then the average playground. Years ago I used to play football on the grass area with mates so big enough for a kick about - although be careful where you step, saw a few dogs over there early morning and the owners wern't rushing to pick up the aftermath (to be fair it is still better than some places!)
