I’d like to thank Sharon and the team of mechanics at RS for their exceptional level of customer service and support. My car developed a fault on the A12 during a business trip. After pulling over and searching on line for local garage repairs and making a couple of calls I was recommended RS Autos. Sharon was very helpful over the phone and arranged for an inspection of the car, ordered the new brake part that was needed and scheduled the repair work to be completed on the same day. They then went over and above by arranging a taxi to take me to my customer meeting. On my return all the repair work was completed and I was able to drive over 120 miles back home…… So once again I’d like to thank all at RS MOT & Service Centre for their amazing help and support earlier today. Excellent all round, service and communication from the front desk. Took my car in because I had a warning light on the dash, I returned to collect it as they had just topped it up with some break fluid, warning light gone and they didn’t even charge me!! Madness! Highly recommend!

Really helpful when I got towed for emergency repairs. Didn’t really have time to do it but still went out of their way to do it. Part was ordered within a few minutes and was on my way within an hour. So impressed and ever so grateful

My whole family has used them for the MOT and repair works on all our cars for years. They have always been completely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very fair/honest. They have never seemed to be 'looking for work' when MOTs are done, as unfortunately a lot of garages do these days. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Really impressed with the service I received from here. Really helpful reception, and very thorough check on all possible solutions to my problem. After carrying out a repair the strut mount my van was returned to me in a dangerous and unroadworthy condition, as well as the trim not being replaced probably some cowboy had smashed the wiper linkage and not confessed, I was later asked to return to have a new part fitted and they did a bodge repair, dispite constant assurance that they would pay to put right I had to fight and threaten court action to get them to eventually pay for a new part and proper repair. Ok if you want an MOT or maybe basic service
