Just visited the store didnt really know what i was doing, the man who helped me was so nice and listened to what i needed and really helped 10/10 will definitely be going there from now on.

Really friendly staff willing to let me try a few different liquids, found a flavour I like in high vg and sold me individual coils. I do recommend this store ! Fair prices too!

Arrived slightly earlier than opening time and their answer was "we open at 9:30", its there in the window. Obviously don't need my business. I think the lady needs to be taught customer service skills.

Highly recommend, I've been vaping for about 3 years now but slowly getting urge to smoke again as not getting "Hit" from vaping now. Went in today explained my situation, lady suggested change of vape ( was using pockeX). Didn't try sell me top price one but one she thought would help me. So far so good.

I cannot not leave a review for this place. Jordan has been so incredibly helpful on my vaping journey. He extremely knowledgable - I have learnt more from him then any other shop or Internet article. If you need good advice then this is the place to come. He has obviously had some professional training and he is very committed to his job.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Been here a few times, nice to meet the staff here every time as they genuinely want to help and offer suggestions. They also allow you to try different flavours so you truly know what you are buying before you pay. The best thing I've seen when in here is one of your members of staff kindly helping a new vape choose, set up and use his first vape. Very patient, friendly and offered the gentleman a lot of time and effort, not rushing him through.

Juices rest in range and taste! Staff helped pick out my mod and tank, as a first time viper I was worried however, staff made me feel comfortable and helped me set up for the first time and gave me all the knowledge I needed to know, can't wait to go back. Thank you to the Witham store!
