Our boiler broke down in Autumn 2023 and with a new born baby in the house it was imperative it got replaced as quickly as possible. Within 24 hours, Scott had dropped by to check and quote. Rob was around the week after to install. After providing this excellent service, we asked Scott to take charge of replacing our bathroom at the start of this year. His quote was extremely competitive and his experience and rigour shone through immediately during the planning stages. On his recommendation, we purchased our new bathroom through a local merchant, Tec Supplies, and were delighted with both the high quality and level of customer service that they provided. Had Scott and the team over for major renovation works [New bathroom with walk in shower, bath etc, Full heating system revamp with hi-tech electric boiler, new radiators with Hive system, all pipework]. High level of attention to detail, if it's not up to their high standards it's removed and redone at no extra charge.
