Not happy was told on phone 366 pound for alternator replacement when I collected got a bill of 557.99 and when I questioned to be told to get to alternator had to remove something and also replace a belt that was worn I said do you not think you should have contacted me to ask if I could afford this seeing as quoted 366 and he replied its a rough price we quote will not be using again

I had a puncture yesterday and called in on the off chance. They fixed my tyre and l was in my way in no time at all. Superb customer service.

Absolute cowboys. Brought car in for simple exhaust replacement. Have left with oil pouring out of car leaving puddles on driveway an smoking like a trooper. Had the pleasure of paying for a diagnostic at my request to be told issue could be one of at least 6 different parts each required dismantling an inspection. Was also billed for work not requested. Stay clear. After speaking to locals seems I'm not alone wish I'd checked before I'd used them.

I needed an MOT at short notice and the team booked me in the next day (over a weekend). Great service and genuinely nice people to deal with. Would recommend. Thank you!

They managed to fit me in last minute on a Saturday to sort out my brake problem. Problem was sorted quickly and at a reasonable price. Good knowledge and service by the staff. Will be using them again.

Bought 4 years old car on 1st of May, soon the car showed problems with gearbox, taken to the garage, after few days I collected the car after being "fixed". Problem returned after few days. Second attempt to fix the car, after over 1 week in the garage car was returned with assurance " it's fixed". Problem returned after nearly 2 weeks. I took car to the garage on 12th of June, and still don't have the car (13/07/2021). Garage did not bother to keep me updated, being aware that the car is essential to me due to nature of my job (yes, the did provide a courtesy car). I have been in regular contact with the place but I'm not given any answers on when the car might be ready, only vague reassurances.

Jason is a down the line honest dealer who has that rare skill of being trustworthy. Sometimes he can seem obtuse but he probably has to deal with a massive amount of idiots, under all that though, he's a really nice guy and a classic ford enthusiast. I wish there was a few more like him

Absolutely fantastic service. I bought an sq5 off of Markham and Smith after seeing the car on auto trader. I called jay (the owner) and organised a test drive the very next day. Really great experience and customer service. The car was picked up the following weekend after a full valet and service. They really do go the extra mile and look after their customers... he even gave me a snap on beanie hat!

It may be an oversight but I recently sent an enquiry about a vehicle advertised on eBay and disappointed not to have received a reply as a matter of courtesy after waiting three days. Oh well, I will continue the search for a suitable vehicle and hopefully find someone who wants my business during these challenging times.
