We visited just to get an idea of the size of certain properties. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly team member who was able to give us lots of information even though she was only covering for another staff member. We looked around two types of houses and then had a chat with the team member afterwards. We were not pushed to make any decisions and they listened to what we had to say.

My wife and i had a pleasant experience during our recent visit to the Mulberries. The representative of the company - Tracy was immensely helpful and professional. She answered all our questions, allayed all our concerns and definitely left a good impression on us. We look forward to working with Redrow for our mortgage

I had a great site visit to The Mulberries and was well looked after by Tracey and the rest of the team. Tracey took the time to answer any questions I had and gave me a comprehensive overview of the site and buying process.

Very nicely laid out showhome complex. Houses are designed very well and the higher ceilings add to the feeling of space and comfort. Sales rep was excellent, honest and supportive and made the experience a positive and fun one.

I’m working there and I love location because it’s so beautiful there I don’t think it’s worth it to go there for the weekend because it’s so busy and I don’t know what time it is but if you want to come over for a little bit

We booked a viewing of a show home via the Redrow online portal. Our guide was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with concise and clear answers for every question that we had. The service felt very “premium” compared to a lot of other developers. The house itself was stunning, of excellent quality and clear with information about upgrades and extras. All round good experience.

The team at the mulberries sales office are so awesome, Tracy has been helpful each time i have been there to make choices of the additions, the colours of fittings etc…,she is well informed and has a whole lot of information to share. Amy has also been supportive via phone and emails. We have never regretted our decision to buy with Redrow

Location is amazing, close to A12 but not too close, close to station which has frequent trains, and walking distance to schools, shops and nurseries and the pub! Not to mention the entrance is stunning! Houses are spaced well apart and priced so much better than other new builds in the area especially as more is included as standard spec than others! Can’t believe how quickly they’ve all sold though! But there is 5 more years left of build to go though so we are aiming to get in there ASAP!

So far, so good: Phase 1 houses looking good, although most garages are not yet built so the spacing & layout looks more spacious now than it will be. Beautiful high-end specifications and finishes to these built houses - well worth a look if you are house hunting.
