Very good company to deal with. Finally found a great supplier that also make a superior product. Been buying our products from Iceni for a few years now and the quality is second to none. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! They take your money, then take weeks to show up to “complete” the work. Finally the turned up with a smashed glass panel, with a promise that they would return to fix it within the next week. This turned out to be lie! After my sister emailed them multiple times about this issue, they blocked her email address. Which has now resulted us to pay else where to fix their problem. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

This company could be so much better. It starts from the top, the owner is unhelpful and rude. His attitude passes down the line to the the entire team. Quality used to be good but they no longer have pride in their work. It's all about money. They want money before delivering, turn up with damaged or poorly made goods and then want to dispute it! If you aren't happy with paint finish on their doors, they say tough. There's no customer service from this company, everything is an effort or an excuse. They're too busy trying to open new places around the country. Get your own back yard in order first. Hand the business over to someone else and you'd have a great company.

Talbot & Son's Ltd have built a great relationship with Iceni Windows over the past few years. The product provided is fantastic and customer service provided is exceptional. Technical support is always at hand and I regularly speak with the processing department for assistance with designs of upcoming projects. Delivery drivers are very helpful. Fantastic company. They have manufactured our Upvc and Aluminium products for the past 6 years and I would not change supplier. They supply quality products not budget handles, locks etc. They rectify any mistakes instantly and never lay blame. Iceni has always worked alongside us to give support and guidance. Terrible company, only interested in your money, want payment upfront then let you down, not interested in service calls when they send out faulty products, still awaiting replacement of faulty products 6 weeks after first delivered incorrect, steer well clear. They expect you to pay the cost of putting right there problems. Beware !
