After struggling with the up & over garage door not high enough for a wheelchair accessed vehicle (WAV), I got a quick response from Chelmsford Rolled Doors (CRD) saying that a roller door sounds like a good solution to give me more height so I invited them for a survey that was quickly and helpful. I was impressed with this great rolled door, installed quickly and efficiently and the old door taken away by competent and friendly installers.I am convenient when accessing the garage with my WAV. Most nicest people on the earth are Sam and Nicole , I have got installed the garage Door , it’s great quality and excellent door . Sam is always there for any questions. I have it installed it last year and today I have got a small problem with Door . I contacted them this morning and they were here this afternoon to check the problem . True and nice people . Look no where for your garage door. I have had few quotes from different people , but Sam is the only one happened to figure out the problem with my garage flooring and he advised many different options to consider avoid the issues with my flooring which has drain plates exactly at the entrance of the garage. Overall my experience with Chelmsford roller doors is exceptional. 👌

Fantastic company. Wanted to use a local independent company for my garage doors. Had been to the usual franchise companies and it was ok but felt like a production line. These guys were so knowledgeable, helpful and attention to detail was second to none. I’ll admit they were slightly more expensive than the franchise but literally only a by a small amount and I felt that was fair for the high level of service. The job was done in less than a day and they left everything neat and tidy and gave me a lesson on the workings etc. Highly recommend!
