This is my 2nd staircase from RTH Fantastic from start to finish Chris talked me through and advised and then Dan and his guys fitted , cleared up behind them , had pre oiled on both occasions that looks brilliant and well worth the extra , I’m very fussy and only want it perfect and that’s exactly what I got , We highly recommend RTH

Didn't want to quote for work. Pretty poor really given the claim to be the leading staircase suppliers in Essex. So much for being able to do bespoe work!

Don't turn up for appointments. Don't phone to let you know they're not going to turn up. Rude when confronted. Not happy.
