The process was very easy and although I made a lot of requests, nothing was too much trouble. I requested very specific, quite complicated wreaths and was therefore quite nervous about what the flowers would look like. They actually exceeded expectations they were beyond amazing, just beautiful. I wish I had photos, if your business has them, please use them, they would be an amazing advert. Thank you ever so much, they meant so much!

I've used Blossom Florists a couple of times recently. First time over the phone after finding them on Google and then using their website. Both times the service has been great, it's much easier over the phone but you get an extra discount online. The flowers 🌺 🌹 have been fantastic on both occasions, and the recipients very pleased. The quality and freshness is vastly better than supermarket flowers. The local delivery has been spot on, friendly, and without any issue. Flowers hand delivered and ready to give as a gift. Brilliant local business, which I'll be using in future.

I rung blossom florists & didn’t get answer so left a voicemail as requested and within 10 mins I had a text message I think it was Vicky , she was really helpful and explained the difference between a large rose bouquet and XXL rose bouquet , I asked Vicky if she could accommodate to my needs of the flowers being made and delivered within 24hrs this was not a problem , Vicky advised the roses would be ordered from Holland and due in in the morning and delivery would be on the afternoon but to my surprise I got a text from my partner at around 11 saying thank you there beautiful ! 5 star and finally found a decent florist local to my partner many thanks Vicky 💐🌹 ps bouquet in picture is XXL romantic roses

Lovely bunch of roses bought for Valentine’s Day. Would have given 5 stars but was disappointed with the delivery. Once I had placed the order, I emailed to ask what time roughly would delivery be. Kindly they emailed me back to say they had slots in the morning. I thought that was fantastic and agreed to the morning slot. I had planned in my mind that my wife would open the door to see these beautiful roses and be a lovely surprise for her. My wife was working from home that morning so the morning slot they offered me would fit perfect with her schedule. The flowers didn’t arrive until 3.30pm. At this time in the afternoon my wife was unfortunately no longer working from home so she didn’t get the nice surprise I had planned. I was disappointed by this occurrence but what I was really unhappy about was that at no point was I emailed, called or texted (many ways to contact a customer) that they were no longer able to keep to the morning slot as agreed. I understand that to many this may seem petty. In my mind it’s basic customer service. I always like to use local in my purchases where I can as you normally get better customer service than just shopping online. Unfortunately in this scenario, that was not the case.

We recently ordered flowers from Blossom Florist for a family members funeral. The double ended spray was beautiful as were the letters spelling out Grampy. Everything was just as we asked and we were dealt with sympathetically and respectfully. All details were double checked and they also liaised with the Undertakers to ensure the flowers were delivered in good time. We highly recommend them.

I placed an order on 6th August for flowers for my Aunty's funeral to be held in Chelmsford on 11th August (today). This order was placed by myself in Perth, Western Australia, and I have just been sent a photo of the flowers delivered. THEY ARE GORGEOUS, and exactly like the picture in their webpage, my Aunty would have loved their bright colours too, just as I do. Thank you very very much, I shan't forget your wonderful service.
