My Pilates instructor recommended Verity to me as I suffered from a chronic and debilitating bad back. Over the years, I have seen numerous osteopaths/physiotherapists but my condition did not Improve. I was referred to the pain management team at the hospital and I have had a number of steroid injections and radio pulse therapy. I suffered another acute episode with my back and visited Verity for the first time. I was shocked that after assessing me, Verity felt that my back would be sorted after just 3 sessions. 3 sessions later and I have never looked back! I am pain free and able to live a normal life and enjoy activities which I was unable to do for years. I have now been discharged from the pain management team and I have not had any injections since seeing Verity. I now see Verity monthly to keep my back in tip top condition and I don’t know where I would be if I hadn’t met verity!

I've been to see Verity for a couple of issues over that last few months and the service and treatment have been amazing. The room is clean and warm, easy to park in high street parking bays, and love her ethos of trying to fix people and help them rather than being pressured into buying courses of treatments.

The best!!! I have been seeing Verity since last Autumn (2021) and cannot recommend her enough. The excerises I am given help me day to day and I have been given follow up appointments when I feel necessary. I know that I can go to Verity and walk away feeling brand new and it has been absolutely life changing! I cannot recommend Verity and her services enough!!!

I first visited Verity in October after she had been recommended. I have been really impressed with her knowledge and professionalism from day one. She spent a lot of time going through my medical history before assessing and treating. Every treatment has been great, the most recent included some dry needling on my achilles as I'm experiencing tendinopathy. The needling provided pretty much instant relief and helped me through my half marathon at the weekend. Verity is also a really lovely lady and her shoe collection is second to none! Verity is very kind and understanding as l have special needs after a stroke twenty years ago. She has improved my movement so much in just a few sessions. I have experienced pain on my left side for years. Verity knew what the problem was straight away and l am so much better as a result. I am so lucky to have found her.
