I use this branch for alot of my DIY needs and order online for click and collect. Easy to use website / app, competitive pricing, and txt confirmation of order being ready comes through quickly. Friendly and competent staff always ready to help. Never had any issues shopping there. Remember that it is like Argos rather than B&Q in that if you go there not having shopped online you cannot walk around a large store looking for what you want but will need to ask or browse their catalogue.

I wouldn't say hate, only annoyed with the procedure of being asked the ins and outs of a cat's ar## just to purchase something. It's nearly running parr with the doctors surgery asking personal issues in reception for everyone to hear!!!

Local DIY store for small tools, electrical and plumbing items. Huge selection of goods to pick from their catalogue, extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff and cheaper than B&Q, so save yourself a trip and use our local Screwfix.

Great service and friendly staff. Just round the corner from home so I can order something online and by the time I've driven there it's ready to book picked up. The hours they're open are really handy too if you need to grab something on the way home after work! Only reason I haven't given five stars is the electrifix counter isn't always open when busy but otherwise great!
