I cannot recommend Kew Law in Witham enough, they were fantastic through the sale of our house. They chased and gave us regular updates on the progress and nothing was unclear. Everything was handled making it such a smooth process for us, and when we called them the whole team were extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever move again we would use Kew Law.

Danielle at Kew Law was fantastic. I could not fault the service provided during my sale and purchase. During the process there were numerous delays caused by the buyers solicitors but Kew Law were fantastic. They chased regularly and always kept me updated, even going so far as to share with me copies of the communications sent to the buyers solicitors so I could pass this onto the buyer to help them with chasing their solicitor. Excellent service from start to finish. We used Kew Law to pay of our Homebuy loan and we were quoted a price, advised what steps to take And kept informed all the way. The price quoted was the price we paid and they even found that Santander had not filed the necessary forms with the land registry after we paid our mortgage off. Outstanding service, communication and work ethic. We had a 9 week deadline to complete the purchase as we were renting previously and Danielle made this happen in 8 weeks!
